9/15/14

So this week wasn't that much different from the last week. After I finished emailing last week, I think we went to a member activity at someone's house. They call it a soiree because there is supposed to be food but, a lot of times, there are so many members we just end up having crackers or something.
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday were mostly a blur, and I can't recall what we did on those days, but we taught probably 4 or 5 investigator lessons on those days. Thursday is the day our district has a meeting at our church building. Our building is used for three branches: Toamasina, Ankirihiry, and some other branch. Anyway, after it was over, we headed over to this place called the Green Lizard to have lunch. The food is above average quality, but my burger still was not completely cooked. That wasn't cool.
On Saturday, we had an activity. Elder Ratsimbarison signed us up to go to what was supposed to be a branch missionary activity to some zoological park, but it pretty much turned out to be a JAS or young single adult activity. The zoo wasn't very impressive...it was just lemurs and turtles (both in cages) and old trees. We left our house at 7:30 AM and didn't get back until around 5. We normally come back at 8. We did teach many lessons in about 3 hours.but we could have done work that day. Sunday was Sunday as usual. Meetings and lessons that I didn't fully understand, but I'm trying to Learn. There is a neighborhood (I think) called Valpinson in the Ankirihiry area. That is kinda cool. That is the most interesting thing from this week probably.
